In what follows, you will find an OUTLINE of my portfolio so as to
make access easier to you. You can also identify each section by the
different colours they have been assigned
:

SECTION I is devoted to my administrative and teaching competences in my school.

SECTION II covers feedback and it is divided into two main sections, namely,Informed Feedback and Formal Feedback. In the former, you will find feedback as related to my colleagues, headmaster, inspector, parents and students.
The latter, as its name indicates, includes a brief comment on the formal feedback
 we receive in my school.

In SECTION IIIGeneral, I analyse different activities I have been assigned in my school, extracurricular activities and several initiatives in my school.

Another issue is that of evaluation. It entails evaluation by 'others', in my case, meant as individual and teaching team assessment; evaluation by the headmaster
and inspector.

Proffessional Qualifications include my certificates of participation, (which can be found in Participation in Training) and another section dedicated to qualifications
themselves. The last part of this section includes personal information.

SECTION IV is entitled Mission and it has to do with my personal views on
effective teaching and learning as regards to appropriate metholology for
FL teaching and learning; on pedagogical issues and
effective learning strategies
in the classroom.

A second part handles my views on helping students to respect individual
differences
(personal and academic attitudes to promote on students and some activites related to thei development);important goals understood as the educational aims for a schoolyear, and some personal opinions on Euroean, national (Spanish)
educational policies.
One other section on European-national policies entails a summary and criticism of the evolution of educational policies in Spain within a European framework.

SECTION V, Reflections, analyses four main issues, that is,database, extracurricular, students and teaching methodology.
First, Database includes an explanation of different activities and materials for classroom use and some examples in assignments, a comment on students' homework and evaluation tools together with a few examples.

Extracurricular refers mainly to the kind of communication i have with parents and assigned extra curricular activities.

Others includes my favourite web sites.

Students includes matters such as the attitudes they are required to develop during their learning proccess, behaviour they are expected ro conform to, their participation in extracurricular activities and the relationships between teachers ans students, students-students and students and others.

In Teaching methodology, you will find a brief enlargement of the section
devoted to Personal views on effective learning and teaching methodology in the
Methodology section.

In planning, i show some of the didactic units i have elaborated and put into
pracise with my students, and some links on the web.

Finally, in Technology, i account for the technological resources as proposed
by the Spanish educational system and the ones i use with my students.
